All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Most orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm PST are shipped out the same day, however we do not guarantee this. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 5:00pm PST.


We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of CBD. We ship to all 50 states and outlying U.S. Territories. Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship internationally.

RETURN AND REFUND

POLICY

We want you to feel confident with your CBD purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to hello@lifapure.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.

 

If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 30 days of the product received date. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please submit your request to hello@lifapure.com or call 866-290-4284 to speak to Customer Service.

ORDER PROCESSING

DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING

Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 1-2 business days to process and ship. Domestic delivery will take approximately 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times.

Shipments are sent using USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $75 include free USPS First Class delivery. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in Utah.

When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number.
